Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
Please note, we will not be able to make any edits or adjustments to your order once they have been placed including changing the shipping address associated with the order. Orders are only eligible to be canceled if your order has yet to be fulfilled or shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Diners Club, online store credit and gift cards.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees will be charged on all orders when applicable.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are sent with tracking info, and generally your package should be delivered to you within 2-7 business days after it has left our warehouse. We want you to get your package as quickly as possible but once it is in the carrier's hands it is out of our control. Shipping time starts once the package has been received by the carrier. Packages will be delivered to your doorstep or mailroom as with USPS, FedEx or UPS deliveries.
We recommend creating a Customer Account so you can check on the status of your order. Here, you can find your estimated ship date as well as a complete history of all your orders.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We are unable to provide retroactive discounts on any orders already placed due to software restrictions. Please input your discount code prior to completing checkout, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed
All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back order dates.

Our Made to Order items are all made to order with varying lead times. All of our Sunday Golden graphic tees, sweatshirts, and hats are made to order, just for you! Please expect a turnaround time of at least 7-10 business days. However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume and holidays. In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

We can not guarantee a cancellation but we do our best as long as your order has not been fulfilled or shipped.
Yup! FREE SHIPPING on US orders. No minimum. *Some home goods and oversized items may not qualify.

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product, season, and carrier.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand our shipping areas in the near future.
We want you to get your package as quickly as possible but once it is in the carrier's hands it is out of our control. We kindly ask that you allow 10 business days from the last reported movement or delivery date to see if the package surfaces. On occasion, a package will be placed in an unusual area, mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, or is moving through the FedEx network for final delivery.

Please note that Sunday Golden is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen while in transit.
We can only ship to one address. If you have multiple addresses to ship to you will need to create a separate order for each address.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order or shipping address.
Items with a Handling Fee are shipped via a third party carrier, this fee varies depending on the size of the item and is stated on the product description.
Yes. Please see our full Returns Policy. You may return or exchange your pieces within 14 days —unless otherwise noted, minus a $12 restocking fee. Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date

We love our Sunday Golden family, and we want you to find your perfect Sunday Golden pieces. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your pieces within 14 days —unless otherwise noted. Please note that not all items are eligible for return.

Purchases made with Installment payment options returns are the same as a standard return process. You can use our online returns portal to submit a return request. The amount of your refund depends on how much you have directly paid Afterpay/Shop Pay for that specific order. If you have questions about returns on either platform you can visit the help center for more information.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
